OPEN LINE OF CREDIT ACCOUNTS
For repeat customers we offer the opportunity to apply for an open line of credit account. Your credit limit will be determined by our accounting department after they have processed and approved your application. Once approved you will have access to parts and service, and we will bill you later. SHIPPING AND HANDLING CHARGES
We use United Parcel Service (UPS) as our primary small package shipping carrier. Unless otherwise requested, we ship all orders UPS Ground. For larger freight shippments we use R&L Carriers. All non-warranty shipping expenses are charged to the customer and will appear on your bill as a "freight" charge. We can arrange to use your own UPS shipping account if you prefer - we do not arrange to use FedEx or other small package carriers.
We ship small package orders on the same day that they are placed, as long as the order has been received into our system before 4:00 PM (EST) and we have parts in stock. If we do not have one or more requested items in stock we can usually obtain them within 1 to 3 days. We send out complete orders unless specifically requested by the customer to send partial shipments. You, the customer, will be responsible for Inbound shipping charges for special order items. Some special order items can take longer than the typical 1 to 3 days to bring in if they need to be shipped into the country from Deutz in Germany and engine orders can take several weeks to process and build.
Our sales staff will discuss all shipping options with you while they are taking your order.
If you want a status update on an existing order please call us for assistance, we track all customer shipments.
Our certified Deutz mechanics will trouble-shoot your engine and determine if the problem is covered by the Deutz warranty. In certain situations parts (or engines) may need to be inspected first-hand by Deutz before a warranty claim is approved. If the Deutz warranty applies, then only those items covered by the warranty (which would include labor and travel that is incurred in connection with the warrantied item(s)) will be repaired and/or replaced at no cost to you.
If it is determined that no Deutz warranty applies, or you require parts and/or service that fall outside of Deutz warranty coverage, you will be billed separately by Engine Parts Unlimited, Inc. for labor, parts, freight, travel and any applicable sales taxes that are incurred in connection with your service call / repair.
