Warranty and Return Policy

Warranty- Engine Parts Unlimited, Inc., referred to hereunder as Seller, makes no warranty whatsoever as to: (a) Equipment, parts. accessories, or other goods manufacture by others which may be sold by Seller, provided that the Seller will extend to Purchaser whatever it receives from the maker of the goods, (b) Used equipment regardless of manufacture, (c) Any goods which have been repaired or altered by anyone other than the Seller or one of its authorized service representatives.

Purchaser and Seller agree that the Purchaser's sole remedy for any defects in Sellers goods, whether Purchaser's claim arises under the warranty set forth above, or otherwise shall be limited to the repair or replacement, at Seller's option, of any defective parts which shall, within 10 days after delivery of the goods to the original purchaser, be returned to with transportation charges prepaid. Seller shall have no obligation to pay for installation or removal of said part.

No credit allowed on goods returned without the original invoice number. If permission for return is granted a handling charge of not less than 10% is made. Goods must be in a resaleable condition. and in the original box and packaging.

Engine Parts Unlimited, Inc. shall not be liable for any cargo loss, of use, or any other incidental or consequential damage resulting from any defective parts or parts. The seller disclaims any implied warranty of merchantability of fitness for particular purpose and neither assumes any liability in connection with the sale of said product.
